I have yet to install such on OS X.
Note, there is a piece of malware out there called "Opener" by its author and Renepo-A on here. (It's a root-kit.) It's more of a trojan though called a worm. It doesn't propagate itself that I've read and is deemed quite rare. Apple has patched its vector, too.
Opener is the only Mac malware that is worthy of any attention, IMHO. It's rare. There are several pieces of information online that describe how to maximize security on OS X. Sadly, it's not the default install (which is still pretty good)
