Whether you need to sniff for wireless networks or carry Nessus, Nmap and the Metasploit Framework with you in your pocket, there's a security-based Live CD out there for you.

You forgot one of the best and originals. Which is L.A.S. Linux (http://localareasecurity.com). It's been around as long as STD if not a little longer. Theirs is unique since it is intended to fit on a 180MB or 210MB CD. It still has around 300 security tools just no fat like the others. Along with FluxBox for the desktop.

Why is this cool?

You can boot it and copy it into 256 or less of RAM and run from CD. Good for forensics when you might need to use the burner. ;)
