Whoppix has good training videos in flash, and contains all of the securityfocus, securityforest, and metasploit exploits on the cd; Auditor has the best hardware detection for wireless cards and even put metaploit and securityforest exploits on the latest cd release. The rest of them have not been very good at detecting wireless cards for wireless scanning and wep cracking.
