Did you actually read the article? Like the part where I said "there's plenty of blame to go around"? Or did you just decide to flame the one part that doesn't line up with your comfortable preconceptions?

It's a safe observation to say "without criminals there would be no crime" because that's part of the definition of "crime." Without hackers (or whatever you want to call them) hacking into people systems, systems wouldn't get hacked. Right? And we could all get on with our 24/7 Internet party in peace.
