Maybe. Just a couple of weeks ago, we were assaulted with very ugly scenes of how a massive hurricane can, at least locally, completely destroy civilization in a matter of hours. I'm afraid that a huge percentage of our neighbors, even ones who are outwardly respectable and well-to-do, are just waiting for the right opportunity to let loose, even if they aren't consciously aware of it. If they don't fear the consequences, they will act. After all, isn't that why the criminal hackers are doing what they do? What are the odds of their ever being caught?
