Here in Scotland we have CCTV cameras all over our towns, hundreds of them. People don't seem to mind at all, and the truth is, nobody's watching the screens, and it's all a bit of a sham. After a year or two, the cameras start going wrong, and there isn't the money to fix em. Funny old world.
