To many organizations GPL software is not authorized, even though there is no cost to use the Nessus 2 daemon.

Nothing technically prevented us from offering traning or support for Nessus 2 in the past, except that many of the organizations who wanted to get 5,10,20,.etc of their consultants trained on Nessus also had rules on using GPL software.
