Tracked by cellphone
Mark Rasch, 2005-12-22

We know that technology can be used to track people's location via a cellphone, but how difficult is it for law enforcement to get a court order and do this legally?

What is the big fuss? Let the gov't track me. I don't care. I am not doing anything illegal. Everyone should figure they are being tracked anyway. If everyone lived by that rule there would be a lot less crime and the world would be a better place to live. Why is everyone so suspicious of the gov't anyway. This isn't a third world country. Doesn't anyone believe in Democracy? What a shame.
