I have a 15 yr old sister that supposidly ran away with some people. The guy is over 18. We didnt know where she was for 3 days. Still dont know where she is. They wont let her tell us. She is scared to death. I feel like she was forced to leave with them. They let her call my daughter so we have their name and cell number but the cops tell us there is no way for them to trace a cell number. Anyone know what I can do or who I need to get in touch with about this? Thanks..
