If you're suggesting that throwing government legislation into the mix will make things better then for God's sake ... let's do get on to more positive things. Now, we're getting the government into patch management??? Give me a break! Whatever happened to free enterprise? If I get tired enough of the way MS handles patches I can always switch to Linux but please, let's leave the government out of it.
