Considering that, is it still pertinent to mention WEP usage ? Would not it be far more wise to tell people not to use WEP anymore and move to WPA which usage on dummies plateformes (i.e. WinXP) is just as easy to configurate.
The only caveat is drivers/firmwares update necessary on some devices. And you'll tell me, how do we move dummies to this kind of technologies when vendors are still pushing outdated products...
