So, these firms are having a robotic agent that has a high margin of error (such as the 'lawyerbot') send takedown notices that make a copyright claim "under penalty of perjury" without any human review. Isn't that a violation of the law in and of itself, regardless of whether the actual use turns out to be infringing?
