I'm glad Kopp is fighting back, one way to stop this sort of crap is to make those responsible pay enough that it becomes economically unattractive to continue.
I wonder if the automated assertion under penalty of perjury would be sufficiently irresponsible to make the responsible party liable for Kopp's legal bills?
