Government programs are a moving target. They start with some worthy goal, like preventing terrorists from boarding commercial flights, then go after other criminals like illegal aliens, Dads who have not paid child support, and pretty soon have a system that fails to do the original goal. This NSA data will be abused for other purposes banned by the Church Commission.

Do we remember recent problems with bad data in commercial data bases? Your phone # formerly was issued to some person who absconded without paying bills, so now your identity gets linked to that criminal, as data bases link address phone # of bad people, not recognizing that good people now have that location.
