When I said it was one sided what I was refering to was the manner in which the article was written and the point of view taken. This was no less one sided than Paul T's review I felt.
As I stated previously if you are a developer or reviewer needing to build and collapse multiple systems then MSDN or Technet would be a better choice and you'll have access to Office and everything else you'd need to fully evaluate and test MS products + you'd have access to additional technical support.
As far as "geeks"+"hobbyists"+"early adopters and hardware refreshers" etc etc etc I can see this being a problem but the review didn't stick to the appropriate people it would be affecting in my opinion.
Any case for these people buying a stick of ram and an OEM Copy would probably be better unless they would be replacing major components such as motherboards more than once a year (assuming we'll see another operating system come out in under 5 years ..... .big IF)
