Why don't you state earlier and with more emphasis that the issues you discuss are industry issues and not just Microsoft ones. Just about everything you claim is the same for many other software providers. You make this seem as a unique issue for Microsoft. Most companies have similarly restrictive EULAs to protect their IP.
Given the amount of piracy that has plagued Microsoft, is this really that surprising?
