Years ago, when Vista (or whatever its code name was at the time) was announced, I decided that by the time Vista came to market, I would be running Linux on all of my machines connected to the internet (4). I will run XP on one machine (for some specialized programs). I also have converted my parents, 2 brothers and sister-in-law to linux (Ubuntu 6.06 LTS). I have achieved my goal.

Dear Microsoft, I will NEVER run any version of your OS after XP unless you decide to make available the same control over your OS as I have over my hardware.. Good luck because you are going to need it. Again, I am done with MS software, you pushed it too far, got way too greedy...... $400 for an OS, give me a freakin' break....
