The plain and simple fact of the matter is that, when you purchase a computer, purchase Vista, or do anything related, you are choosing to agree to the terms of EULA. If you don?t like the agreement, you can choose not to agree to it and not use Vista. It?s the same principal of the right to airports to be able to require you to present identification to get on a plain. You are choosing to fly, and in order to do so, need to agree to their terms. You can drive, take a train, take a bus, ride a bike, walk, or not travel. The same is true here. From FreeDOS to FreeBSD, you have plenty of choices in operating systems.
