As what is now know as AppleTV (with the Apple being the bitten apple Apple trademark) was introduced as "iTV", which was the name of a network in Britain among other things; I believe that when it goes on the market what, what Apple introduced as the iPhone will be the ApplePhone (again using the bitten apple) and this will all become moot. Apple makes nice to Cisco, and it all goes away. I think the bitten apple is the new "i" prefix for Apple.
