"In a present world whereby over 100,000,000 computers are rifled into malware controlled zombie networks ('Botnet Cartel') with expert estimates as from 7 to 11 percent of all computers accounting for up to and over 60 percent of world spam (UCE) and directly and indirectly responsible for up to or over 4 percent of American Citizenship being disenfranchised annually due to electronic Identity Theft - and with current law actually prohibiting 'intellectual property' changes by ISP'S or Microsoft or Apple/Mac for that matter by directly deleting malware - don't you agree that the best approach is to inform people that the internet is a 'cyber ghetto' everywhere ? How do you get that anything in computer security is 'snake oil' ?"
