You might get stung for import duty/VAT if the customs service in your country are good at what they do, but beyond that I don't see anything that would prevent you from using it.

I also would like to second the comments about Creative's drivers being crappy.

I'm using Home Premium myself and find it quite good since nvidia released the 100.x drivers (which are now out of beta and WHQL certified). All of my current hardware is working, including my Creative Audigy soundcard with their crappy drivers.
