It appears that the FBI and other AGENCIES are going into the business of WRITING WORMS, TROJANS, and VIRII under the alleged guise of NATIONAL SECURITY.

IF the FBI and other agencies think that hackers, crackers, and thieves are TOO STUPID to write their own software to monitor for activities NOT REPORTED by commercial programs...

I guess that summs it up!!!
