What would happen, if a hacker is capable to camouflage his worms/trojans/.. as Magic Lantern.

Who would be responsible for the damage this attacks would cause?


These discussions are on of the reasons why EMEA goverments are using Linux more and more. At least here you can be (almost) sure, that there is no US-Spyware included.
