Ok this may be a good thing if the ones doing it were completely good and that belived 100% in peoples integrity.

But who will monitor those that monitor the so called "terrorists"?

If used right this would be a good program but i dont belive in the goodness of man, the less in the goodness of an government thats done soo many things wrong and think they stand over the laws, not to mention not yet signed the human rights agreement.
