Aye, Robot, or Can Computers Contract?
Mark Rasch, 2007-11-16

A contract is usually described as a "meeting of the minds." One person makes an offer for goods or services; another person sees the offer and negotiates terms; the parties enter into an agreement of the offer; and some form of consideration is given in return for the provision of something of value. At least that's what I remember from first year law school contracts class.

50-100 contracts?Are you sure?
Let's suppose I'm Russian citizen and access site from Russian Federation.
Let's also suppose that according to Russian law all contracts must be in written(i.e. on paper) form and be signed.(in fact they are as far as I know, and they should be in Russian language too).
Let's also suppose that I don't try to circumvent geoip systems(like maxmind's) so site knows that I come from Russia. How site supposed to show that they have legal contract with me?By pointing to parts of their ToS about where litigation should take place? But according to Russian law contracts which violate law are null and void.
