The MS Healthvault privacy agreement is quite scary, it says they may access and/or disclose your info to "protect and defend the rights or property of Microsoft (including the enforcement of our agreements); or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety and welfare of users of Microsoft services or members of the public." is this common? Sounds like they can disclose my VD infection if I pirate their software. The second part sounds like a "war on terror" get out clause.

It also says they can send the information to "any other country in which Microsoft or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents maintain facilities" with no mention of Safe Harbour-type security requirements.
