I have no problem with an automated tool looking for potential infringement. But an automated tool looking for and then taking down any reference to my corporate name or logo would create the same problem as an automated tool taking down my copyrighted content. There are many non infringing uses of my logo or copyright which create no likelihood of confusion, as there are many non infringing uses of my copyrighted materials.
