I remember something like " Use it at your own risk ", and the phrases like "it aims toward security". They did never state that their software was infallible.
On what base do we sue someone who gives me something for free along with warnings that it may not be secure and it may cause me financial loss.
Sun/Oracle/HP/Compaq/MS/etc would get into deep trouble though...
