Show me one application that does not contain a flaw of some kind, entering the wrong type of data to a simple prompt box or not returning the correct number of records from a database, to the all to familliar GPFs. Programming involves sometimes up to million lines of code. One cannot test for all possibilty of errors that might occur. Different type of machine with different bios, amd or intel cpu, what type of network card, harddrive, video card, ram, version of OS blah! blah! blah! This is all to say that it is shear lunacy to sue companies for flaw in their software. Just don't use that software or report your errors back to the company. What you have pirated software. tough you deserve what your getting.
