First of all, to be able to sue in this manner would kill the internet in 2 seconds, cause nobody would take the chance to post anything, or take responsibility for any applications out there.
Anybody that compares cars to programming needs to re-evaluate their thought paterns. Programming involve thoudands of lines of coding, where the programmer never intends to leave flaws or holes. If he/she does, he/she is a hacker, and not a programmer. I think this planet would be alot better place to live if we could get rid of hackers, and sue happy people.
Only a true programmer relizes how stupid of a statement Dave is making here. If you don't see it, maybe you should take up basket weaving for a past time.
If there a real programmer out there reading this, maybe you can tell these idio...oops "people" just how hard it is to write 100% bug free applications.
