I totally disagree here. I think the article makes a very valid point. Some software companies, Mirosomthingoranother, push for release dates over good code. They KNOWINGLY release flawed software. I dont think anyone is in favor of sueing a Software manufacturer over a few minor glitches that nobody knew about. I remember reading and article Pre Win2k that stated Microsoft was pushing for a release date, not bug free code.
I say if you knowingly put out bad product, expect to go to court. Everyone talks about Fords bad tires, well what if it was Bad tires, bad brakes, faulty steering, and it was released with these issues being known to the company? There would be TONS of lawsuits. Oh well just my opinion.
