I quote "Laws are just as important to security as Firewalls and IDS's are" Surely you jest? When was the last time a hacker said "oh boy, I best not try to hack that network for it is against the law!". Laws are in place for a reason. I don't want to endlessly read about them and how they impact computer security issues. lets keep this site for actual hard information and not legalities of interest to a few wannabe lawyers.
