I have to say that the over all tone of Tim's article seems passionately driven and perhaps even directed towards a greater offense in defending all who come against MS. My opinion is this. I have been a MCSE for years and make a living by administrating and solution providing via MS products. Regardless of this particular exploit, MS is well aware of what they put into the market place and when they do so. They have all that money for a reason...they want it. Though no os is perfect, MS has carved its name into the Business infrastructe niche and there are few that can oppose. I adore linux and if I was forced to have only one os, it would be Linux with out a blink of an eye. Yes it has holes, but it is free..and therefore well worth the time put into it. MS products are not free, and they are very willing to put known issues into production for the all mighty dollar. My issue isn't with the product, rather the company that allows it to go to market.
