a plaintext part included for those non-HTML MUAs (lots
of sysadmins and engineers prefer not to use Outlook
Express), and that it shows up first when opening the message in plain text.
Secondly, include in all HTML aware MUAs the possibility
to restrict the loading of on-line content such as images.
This improves privacy by allowing the user to drop any
web bugs.
Thirdly, drop all scripting from e-mail. Seriously, it's
not needed.
