Really, I can't help but chuckle at the millions (billions?) of dollars that have been wasted, and will continue to be wasted, because people insist on using Outlook. I have more sympathy (which isn't alot) for people who continue to smoke after all the warnings. At least nicotine is physically addicting. But people who use Outlook....what can you say? As for companies that use it, if they are publicly traded stockholders should be screaming for someone's head on a platter, considering the money wasted.
