I don't think that's called for. He seems pretty qualified to me.

Not every cert test is worth taking. He's not the only one to have this same complaint about the CISSP.

By the way, people who write books are usually pretty knowledgeable about their subject matter. That's why they are picked to write a book.

I once wrote a troubleshooting guide for UNIX. Does that mean I must not know UNIX?
