You may be using PHP (which also has issues) but did you go back and purposefully remove the ASP ISAPI support? If not, you are still vulnerable. Even if *you* did, many people will not. The point is that most installations will have asp enabled, and a high percentage have to have it. If you have PHP on a Win32 box, you are a minority, and you know that. Stop being so pedantic.
