Good article, but I think it should be a starting point to something bigger.
I will use some lines from Your article :

I agree with this too but ........... I think that we must think why is this happening???
I strongly believe that there are 2 reasons for this:

1 - Idiots are being hired to do the administration of the systems (mainly because they are cheep).
2 - Smart ones are killed by the amount of work they have to perform. (they pay You more ... so they think they can kill You).
