are talking to your boss but you sure as hell cannot sue them
for a bug in their software. This leaves you in the SAME boat
as open source.
-find bug
-report bug
-clarify bug with support or developer
-wait until patch is released
The big difference is the bill at the end of the month for
the wonderful servicing you've received from microsoft.
Sue Microsoft for a bug that cost you a whole day of
productivity??? Your company must be sending microsoft millions
every year to get that level of support.
This is one of the funniest arguments microsoft tries to use
to scare management away from using open source.
