Then what would be the point of Palladium in the first place? How would it protect a system if it still allowed unsigned code to run? Granted I do need to investigate further, but everything that has been spouted in every news source I read (quite a few actually) has said that Palladium will prevent unsigned code from running on a machine at the hardware level.
