I was the victim of identity theft. Some of the charges included the delivery of CD's to an address in another state. He must be the bad guy, right? How about if I just go over there and break into HIS house...
My car was broken into last night. Witnesses gave me the make and tag number of the car which was used by the "bad guy". I know where his car is. How about if I just go over there and break into HIS car.
My file server was hacked into the other night. I know that the hacker is originating from a static IP address. How about if I just hack into HIS computer.
Let's get real...
