Not so bad is the last phrase to describe the Super DMCA. Not so bad would be putting back in place the Fair Use Doctrine, not so bad would be letting Niels Provos come back to the U.S. to finish his PhD and share his research on steganography and honeypots. A few revisions to the DMCA is not enough...
