Citing a provision of the Patriot Act, the FBI is sending letters to journalists telling them to secretly prepare to turn over their notes, e-mails and sources to the bureau. Should we throw out the First Amendment to nail a hacker?

Even Bush and his retarded cronies cannot trample upon the First Amendment and 42USC2000aa clarifies and protects that. I, like the author, invite Bush to "bring it on" and see who wins. The SCOTUS will be more than happy to slap even the President's wrists for being a bad boy....
