Citing a provision of the Patriot Act, the FBI is sending letters to journalists telling them to secretly prepare to turn over their notes, e-mails and sources to the bureau. Should we throw out the First Amendment to nail a hacker?

Hey! You pay their salaries, they have huge budgets from your taxes and after all YOU mast do THEIR job??? And if you don't want to do it - does it mean that you support terrorists and hackers? If you don't agree - does it mean that you support enemies?
