Citing a provision of the Patriot Act, the FBI is sending letters to journalists telling them to secretly prepare to turn over their notes, e-mails and sources to the bureau. Should we throw out the First Amendment to nail a hacker?

lol its ok well said man. I just really dont like the idea of whats going on. People say oh, its ok its nothing big, the reporters should just do it. blah. I just can't help but wonder what IS next? like you said, wire tapping priests? i wouldnt doubt it. Its becoming more and more of a resemblence ...
