Ok.. to the person falsely convicted (and to society in general) I think it is MUCH worse to have a false conviction, since that undermines confidence in ALL convictions. On a personal level, if the guy who hacks ME is aquitted because of a sham Trojan defense, thats a miscarriage of justice. If ...
