One thing about this confuses me. You can enter a "Community Chat" in AOL Instant Messenger that I assume in some way mirrors the normal AOL Chats. AOL Intstant Messegner also comes with a "logging" function built right in. So couldn't an argument be made that the perpetrator should've been aware...
