Exactly; local users can always hose a box. Its pointless to attack Linux for this. I bet the *BSDs can all be taken down by a local user; maybe not with trivial stuff like this but what about /tmp on swap? I mean, the only way to control local users is to log extensively and assign blame on the bac...
