We know that technology can be used to track people's location via a cellphone, but how difficult is it for law enforcement to get a court order and do this legally?

This isn't a question of wether you ARE or AREN'T guilty of something. It's a matter of ethics and unalienable rights to live without having to constantally wonder wether you made a mistake Big Brother ...
