When the new iPhone 3G went for sale last week, I was sorely tempted to wait in line for one. (I didn't -- no patience.)

Well, it's a valid issue, but there is a very significant difference. Mobileme from Apple requires you to PAY (as they are the new M$soft), whereas Yahoo, Google and others provide these services for no direct charge to the user.

Shame on you apple....
